My friend Travis has a 1977 Honda Passport scooter. On many measures and across many reviews this scooter is rated one of the most reliable around. Still, it blew my mind yesterday to learn that this simple machine has traveled 10,000 miles. It’s seen a lot of roadway at about 30-40 mph in its lifetime. Pretty awesome.
Here’s to (somewhat) modern mechanics!
