Jim is my hero. He makes pancakes for his daughter and he is really good at it. You can find the collection of his pancake art on his blog Jim’s Pancakes. I have posted some of those that I found most impressive, but there are more.
If you are interested in learning more about this art, be sure to watch the plethora of youtube videos he has made. He is a magician who reveals his secrets. This may cheapen it for some, whereas others might chose to harness this skill to silence whining kids around the globe. I’m for it.
