Inspiration, Balance & Starting

I was invited by my friend Molly Hawkins to be involved with an ongoing podcast series based out of Seattle called ‘Outliers’ — no doubt a nod to the Gladwellian theory of success via hard work and putting in your time, so to speak. I gladly accepted due to my love for all of the above: podcasts, conversation, Gladwell, entrepreneurism, and supporting friends.

Although I really dislike the sound of my own voice, I figured it might not bother you as much and perhaps you can take away a thing or two from some insights shared about starting a business, the importance of company values, and my beard.
