sing-along sunday (#74) – seu jorge

This isn’t a new album, but I have been absolutely loving it recently. It was hard to choose a favorite song from the David Bowie covers performed in Portuguese by the Brazilian artists Seu Jorge (many of which were featured in Wes Anderson’s movie The Life Aquatic). “Life On Mars?” was the winner in the end, and yes those are the only lyrics I understand in the whole song, but the rendition is beautiful nonetheless.

Have a listen and then track down the whole album at your local record store or on one of those online music streaming services. 🙂

Fall Playlist

If you haven’t had a chance to yet, please take a listen to my fall playlist. It’s a compilation of all the jams that I have been bobbing my head to in the last few months. It is sure to increase creativity in the workplace by 87%… at least that’s what I’m told.

I put it together through a website called Grooveshark. They allow you listen to (practically) any song, put together playlists, and export them as your own personal player. Pretty awesome, right?
