If this album cover doesn’t tell you enough about how sweet this duo is, take a listen to the song and all doubts will fade away. Hall & Oates were popular in the late 70’s and early 80’s in a genre of music which they dubbed “rock and soul’. This was the blend of both rock ‘n roll and rhythm & blues, plus a heaping portion of awesomeness.
If you don’t recognize them from this song, they are also the masterminds behind the 80’s hit “Maneater”, and if you have an extra 4.5 minutes I’d recommend checking out that amazing video… [“MANEATER” MUSIC VIDEO]
